About Scout
Scout came to rescue in 2015 at the age of 15. He was fostered by Kathryn and Dan Vullemier at the Westie Retreat and passed away surrounded by love and kindness. Scout’s owner brought him to rescue to get assistance with his medical needs. He was blind and had dry eye that was pretty severe. Unneutered and too old for alteration, Scout received medical care for his eyes and love and affection. He wasn’t with us for very long, but he touched everyone he encountered. He also maintained a connection with his former owner’s family until the very end, which is something special indeed. We love you Scout!
