About Max
Max is an eleven year old Westie boy who came to rescue via a veterinary clinic in New Jersey after being diagnosed with diabetes. His family wanted Max to live a long happy life with all of his needs addressed, especially as a diabetic and senior dog. Paws n’ Pilots transported him to NAWR, and Max came to live with a family that already had a senior diabetic. Under their care, Max blossomed and his sugars stabilized. He was adopted by his foster family and is now a valued member of a household with 3 other Westies! Congratulations Max! We love you!
