About Sammy

Sammy was a permanent foster loved and cared for by Rachel Scott. Sammy came into rescue in 2014, the outcome of a divorce. He had Addison’s disease, dry eye, and protein-losing nephropathy. Sammy had a wonderfully playful and happy spirit. He enjoyed snuggling with his mama, playing and running outside in his fenced in space with his two Westie sisters, and going to the park. Sammy had many adventures with his family, going on many car trips – even all the way to Canada! He had a wonderful final two years, cared for by his mom so that he could be the best dog he could be. We will miss you Sammy.
