About Dixie

Dixie, formerly Frita, was surrendered to a shelter in New Jersey. The shelter was closing, so they called us in to pick up “a little white dog.” Foster mom Rosemarie rushed to grab her, and it was quite evident that she was not a Westie. Whatever her breed, she is one of the cutest little dogs we have ever met! She is a young dog and loves life! Mama Suzanne and her family fostered Dixie and decided to adopt her. Soon NAWR alum Wylie was adopted by Suzanne as well. These two are best friends! Congratulations Dixie!
