About Bitsy
Bitsy, formerly Bella, is a three year old Yorkie who was born with a genetic condition that rendered her back legs without function. While she is healthy and energetic, her physical limitations cause her to need special care on a daily basis. Bitsy was adopted by her foster parents, the Vullemiers. She is in the best of hands!
